Shipping & Returns
This page explains how we ship orders and how returns work. Placing an order means you agree to the terms below. For full details, see our Refund Policy and Terms of Service.
Shipping
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
- We ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, and selected international destinations. Available shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.
- Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed.
- Any customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
- Unused items in their original, unopened packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- To start a return, contact us with your order number and we'll send instructions. Please don't ship items back without contacting us first.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
- Faulty or incorrect items: contact us within 30 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.
